Now offering traditional 8-week individual and group MBSR as well as intensive weeklong MBSR in a small group and private format. All of my MBSR offerings provide at least 25 hours of applied mindfulness training as well as a variety of opportunities for integration and optional continued feedback/instruction.
Intensive, small group MBSR, Sun Nov 16 - Thurs Nov 20th. De-stress before the holidays! $750 Limited to six people this intensive MBSR course includes a 90-minute individual intake/personalized intro, an individual follow-up, a group follow-up, 25 hours of group instruction, all materials and two lunches. 28 hours of mindfulness training all together. Mt Washington (north central Baltimore City) location.
